1. Can you ship me cookies?

Technically, yes. The issue with shipping is that there has to be a face to face interaction either when you pay me or when you receive your cookies. This means you have to either pay me in person and I can then ship you your cookies or you pay me via PayPal, Venmo, etc. and you pick up your cookies from me or I deliver them to you.

2. How early should I place my order? 

Place your order as soon as you know your date! Book at least 2 weeks before your event, anything less than 2 weeks will result in a rush fee. Booking early allows me to make sure I have all the proper supplies for your order!

3. What is your cancellation policy?

If you cancel 2 weeks or less before your delivery or pick-up date you will not be refunded. 

4. I don't live in Cypress, does that mean I can't order your cookies?

Of course not! I often take orders from places such as Waco and Dallas too! If you do place an order that is not for a Cypress delivery or pick-up then a delivery fee might be charged! 

5. Why are your cookies so expensive?

It takes a lot of time to make these cookies! It will take me a minimum of three days to do a dozen cookies! I love to add details to my cookies that make them truly stand out which also takes time. In addition to time, ingredients, food coloring, cookie cutters, boxes, shred, etc. are not cheap!
